Job description:
B-Line has experienced positive growth and has recently acquired a new head office and warehouse facility in west Edmonton. The management team is looking to add some administrative assistance to help facilitate growth and continue to improve.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting management with communication and scheduling.
- Research and data collection to aid in managerial decision-making.
- Assisting to coordinate key projects and events.
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks such as invoice entry or inventory receiving.
- Helping to pre-screen potential candidates for new hires.
Requirements Include:
- High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Administrative/clerical experience
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products.
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven with the ability to take initiative and contribute to a variety of areas in the business.
